I asked for a simple quote about a base model Civic, was told it would be given to me the next day due to renovations being done in the building, 3 days later I got a text back in the afternoon asking if I still wanted a quote, needless to say I had already purchased a vehicle at another dealer, who gave me a quote within 2 hours.

Awesome service they were booked solid and still got my keys programmed and me on they road in ju just a couple hrs thx soon much

I have lived in Quebec , Nova Scotia and now New Brunswick and I have dealt with many Honda dealerships over the years, one of the worst was St. John nb, but a few in Quebec were bad. Sutherland treated us like we counted, their customer service and management far exceeded our expectations because we didn't even buy our truck from them, would recommend this dealership to family, friends or anyone. Unprofessional sales staff, and finance person, and this is the 2nd time it happened with me. General Manager: David Lenihan should be concerned because of his staff unprofessional behaviour all the business going to neighbouring Honda dealerships.
