Great customer service, fantastic team and a beautiful dealership. I Just recently purchased a car from Tony Graham Lexus and suffice to say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Each time I visited the dealership I was greeted promptly and treated with respect. A huge shoutout goes to the amazing team at TG: Thomas, Maurice, Steven and Jaime, each of whom made my buying experience an absolute pleasure. In particular I wanted to highlight Thomas. He is a stand-up guy, client-oriented, respectful and genuine; in all my discussions with Thomas I never felt pressured to buy in the moment, I always received honest advice about what vehicles best suited my personality and interests and I was treated like family every step of the way. Thomas ensured that my buying experience was easy and enjoyable; he took careful care to ensure my car was detailed exceptionally and was delivered to me flawless. I would not hesitate to reccomend Tony Graham Lexus to prospective buyers, friends and family; you will not be disappointed! Thank you all for making my buying experience enjoyable and memorable!
