Amazing customer service! Osh and the team at palladino kept me in the loop through the whole process and helped me purchase the exact car i was looking for. Would 100% recomend going in ro deal with them again!

From the onset of purchasing our vehicle , from the online inquiry , to sales, then financing Palladino was fantastic to deal with. Cody provided clear explanations as to the services offered and models / options available for a number of Honda models . He was easy to get a hold of, and did not mind doing the leg work for us. From inquiry to pickup of the vehicle the entire staff was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and understanding of our needs. Thank you

It was my first time ever trying to buy a car, I had to call many times to ask what was going on. The customer service was terrible! I felt useless and confuzed the whole time.

OIl Change and TPI sensor light was on, tires and tire pressure were checked all ok TPI light came back on way home returned back to Honda took me right back in reset light, mechanic explained reason light keeps coming on is due to one new tire and the TPI sensor is measured by tire revolutions not by individual tire pressure so cannot be resolved unless all 4 tires are replaced. No fault to Palladino Honda but to Honda to putting this type of sensor on their vehicles shouldn't have to replace all four tires when only one has to be replaced and the other 3 have lots of life left in them.
