My boyfriend and I went in just to browse and saw a CX-5 we wanted to test drive outside. We went inside to inquiry and ran into Eddy, who had stopped in on a day off, and he was more then happy to help us out. We were super pleased with the car itself, but Eddy helped make it a sure sale by adding some extras into our deal. He was very thorough and informative, even came in again on his day off to come meet us for the car delivery. Definitely recommend buying a car here, and having Eddy help you.

A HUGE thanks to Eddy and Sully! I had a great experience with both of them and they helped get me out of a tough situation. I got a great trade in value and they kept me in budget with exactly what I was looking for. Can't say enough thanks to both of them. 100% recommend buying from here!

We considered ourselves loyal customers (first vehicle bought from them on 2009), so much so that we decided to not go to Performance Mazda, which is up the street from us, and travel 25mins across town. The sales staff was slow and had little knowledge about the vehicle and features. After much waiting we finally got to sit down with the finance manager who predictably tried to use high pressure sales tactics to have us purchase the protection and maintenance packages The deal is seemingly done, deposit paid, and we're told that we'll receive a call when the financing is approved. Instead we get a call the next day from them saying that the car we purchased was actually already sold to someone else and their next shipment wasn't until August. The finance manager was surprised that we wanted our deposit back! He was extremely unprofessional throughout this interaction, at times referring to me as 'man'. I'm told by the manager that the purchaser needed a cosigner, and just got their parents to sign... I suspect we were Plan B if this fell through. It's really sad that a seller's market has compromised the integrity of this dealership. Im sure that Mr. Delawri, a nice man who I've met in the past, would be absolutely embarrassed by this dealerships lack of quality service.....

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at bank street Mazda I was not pushed or pressured, I was giving every detail about the car I wanted. Eddy now that is a salesman of the year or even the century I appreciated every min with him he made the whole process so much easier for me he is so knowledgeable knows his inventory very well. Very respectful honest and very easy to communicate with. If you go in to bank street Mazda look for Eddy for a peace of mind.

I had an excellent experience with Bank street Mazda . Eddy Badra was amazing to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had!
