I was helped as soon as I walked in the door and Zak was very friendly and easy to work with. He really knows his cars, and was able to tell me about every feature of the vehicles I looked at. There was ample warranty options to choose from as well as financing. Their quality of used stock is excellent. I will definitely return for my next car.

Been to many dealerships, from BMW to Toyota, and Mazda at this location is hands down of the best! Service staff is excellent, good service, pricing is very good (nearly the same as most budget shops in the city, so you might as well take the car here!), and if you ever have concerns, the service manager, John is awesome to deal with! Highly recommend!

Purchased a 2017 Mazda5 with just over 90,000kms from Eddie at Bank Street Mazda. The usual car purchasing experience, not great, but not terrible. The issues arose at the the deal was done (not surprisingly) Financing messed up and overcharged me (financed for a few thousand higher than it should have been), so they had to cut me a cheque for the difference, sent by mail. Probably means I will pay a bit more in interest, so not cool. The day picked up the vehicle (as scheduled), I arrived to be told they did not yet have my plates. I waited for about an hour but finally asked for dealer plates so I could take my car off the lot while I waited at a nearby relative’s house instead (two small kids with me who couldn’t a) mask indoors or b) wait patiently). We ended up waiting for a number of hours before I was told the plates were finally ready. Between purchase in Nov 2021 and now (March 2022), I only put a couple 100kms on the car - I only drive about 2kms per day. I decided it was due for an oil change & inspection as I’m headed out for a longer road trip soon. I brought it to the Mazda dealer closer to our home and was told the spare tire was only inflated to 30PSi and should be 60PSi. This shouldn’t have passed safety. The brakes appear to not have been serviced and have no lubrication at all. Need done now. And the serpentine vent is cracked and needs replaced. So, $585 + tax to address issues that should have been brought to my attention at purchase, one of which is an issue that shouldn’t have even passed safety inspection. I would advise against using Bank Street Mazda as their finance and service department both appear to have cut corners or been inattentive during the process.

I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 in early August and I've only had issues with it since. My battery gave out in November, the cabin is so loud my passenger told me it sounded like an airplane, the GPS screen crashes and loads 9 times before working and on top of that I'm missing a panel in my car. I can see into my car which might be my fault for not checking it better prior to purchase, but I was excited as I was a big mazda fan. I spoke to a mechanic at this location about the missing pannel and they said I would have to order one. I called the manager and left a voicemail over a month ago but to no avail. When you drive off the lot, I feel like they don't care what happens after. Upsetting experience and I'm getting rid of my car this month.
