From a welcome greeting to walkthrough viewing of a couple vehicles that I was interested in I felt very comfortable. I was very impressed with the sensitive listening from my representative Jim to understand what I was interested in. Then professional knowledge of the vehicles and pricing followed by a very quick processing for me to lease my new Silverado. The final experience being and great walkthrough of the vehicle features and answers to my many questions. I am 100% pleased and highly recommend using Roy Nichols and Jim Reid my sales rep.

The service team has always done a great job managing throughput. I've had everyone at the front desk and they've always been polite and knowledgeable. Have had a few iffy moments here regarding pricing - but I have had a much higher number of good interactions than bad.

My husband and I just recently purchased a brand new traverse at Roy Nichols Chevrolet dealership. We dealt with Don, and he was absolutely wonderful! His customer service is top notch, and he made sure we were completely taken care of! We will definitely be purchasing from Don again!!

After looking/speaking to other Dealerships, I’m not sure if Jeff Schouten realized this truck was sold within the 20 minute conversation I had with him over the phone. All he needed to do was deliver on what he promised me and it was a done deal. With the help of Rick Langdon, together these guys did even better on what was promised (no strings attached). It was definitely worth the 50 minute drive from Vaughan to Oshawa. Thank you Roy Nichols Motors for delivering on what you promised.

I just purchased my first car, the Trailblazer and the whole staff at Roy Nicholas was amazing. Aaron Langdon was so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and understood my budget. Rick Langdon was also great. I've already told people if they are looking for a car to go see Aaron! 🙂
