The sales and financing staff we dealt with, Chris and Jacob, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Both were very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy from Experience Hyundai again and would look to do business with these two gentlemen again in the future.

We bought our 2017 Santa Fe from Chris Murray back in September, Chris was easy to deal with and helped us pick a model that was best for our budget. We have been going there for our car upkeep since, and yesterday we had an oil change appointment - everyone was very friendly and Chris remembered us! Was very surprised with how many faces he must see. My one year old daughter was starting to get very fussy as she missed her nap. And one very kind fellow behind the parts counter chatted with us, and he departed and came back with a pink balloon for my daughter! He was very kind!! Love all the staff there! After the oil change was done, they even washed my car! Excellent service all around.

I didn't have to wait to speak with a salesperson. Chris was friendly and willing to help me in my purchase of a car. He took the time to answer questions. He was thorough in his explanations of the car and it's functions/features etc. I also appreciated the test drive where I could look at the car while he spoke about the features. I also had a good experience working with Luke for the financial aspect of car buying. He was friendly and able to answer questions. I didn't feel pressured to buy while he explained the 'extras' that could be purchased. Overall good experience. Thanks

Chris provide thorough information on products of interest. He reviewed the vehicle completely and answered all questions when I took delivery. I would have liked a written quote of features and trade offer before final invoice. No books available on my visit.
