Quand il est temps de vendre une voiture le service est exeptionel. Par contre, après la vente conclue, le service est casi inexistant. Ça fait 3 fois que j'appelle pour leur rapeller qu'ils doivent plaquer le véhicule et à chaque fois ils ne le font pas alors qu'ils mentionnent qu'il vont le faire la journée même sans faute. I called for the 2015 Ford Mustang on Friday and it was available Sébastien told me they started my credit application and that they set a virtual appointment next day 11 am to call me and no one called or emailed me, i tried calling for the next 3 days after that and they kept transferring me and no one answered then i called again on tuesday and they told me someone else reserved the car and paid deposit, very unprofessional don't deal with them.
