En plus de ça, on m’a dit qu’on ne m’a pas offert des pneus neufs, mais des usagés et qu’ils n’en ont pas en stock. Donc, en plus de devoir attendre un an avant avoir mes pneus, de me faire perdre mon temps, de devoir m’obstiner sans cesse pour quelque chose qui m’était dû, de devoir rappeler sans cesse, me causer du stress, d’accentuer la dépréciation de mes pneus d’hiver actuels et de me faire déplacer plusieurs fois pour rien, ils veulent me faire payer des pneus usagés qui viennent d’ailleurs. Tout ça quand, au moment de l’achat du véhicule on me certifiait que j’en aurais des neufs la semaine suivante livrés chez moi. Je suis sincèrement dégoûtée par ce service à la clientèle.
