I feel every time I come into the service department it is not a good experience. No one follows up. No one returns phone calls. You make an appointment for a specific time and your still asked to wait hours to get your vehicle in. We have always bought dodge vehicles but I think it's time to switch to another manufacture as you cannot get good service when these vehicles need to get serviced.

Best dodge/ram dealer in Edmonton area. The larger dealers is Edmonton are so slimy. Not these guys tho. Take the extra little drive to them they are great or even just call they are super helpful. They were awesome when I was purchasing my truck.

Shannon was a great help! Took in both my trades to put towards a super insane 6” lifted bran new Ram! The service department asked me exactly what i wanted and they’re even shipping in parts from LA for me! Shannon helped us through every step of the process and is a great salesman with some great deals!
