Luke did a great job as always. The issue I had was the loss of the wheel lock wrench when the tires were rotated.

I am always welcomed at Lindsay Buick GMC Ltd. from the time of a reminder service call to picking up my vehicle after the service. Not only is the service complete and timely, the service folks always explain what is to be done and why. And while I am waiting for my vehicle, I am welcomed to have a coffee, visit with the sales and management folks and view the new vehicles in the showroom. Although I am technically a client of this dealership, I feel I am a member of a professional group of people all trying to accomplish the same goals. Thanks to all.

work was completed but was not done in the time frame as stated in getting a preset appointment set up in advance.

I do appreciate that it may be busy at times but if customers request and get a certain time to get work done it should be within ten to fifteen minutes of a said time and not a half hour later then specified.
