The help I’ve gotten from the service advisors Ken & Luke have definately been great, they have always gone out of their way to make the problems ive been experiencing with my car less stressful, so that’s been positive. But I’m unhappy with the leased car itself and the work done on it. It’s had more issues than I can count. It still continues to fail to start often. I’ve had it looked at several times for the same start issue, but it continues to occur. For a new car, it’s very unreliable. I do plan to return the leased vehicle in early.
