Scheduled apt for maintenance, transmission issue and a no crank/strart. After waiting at the apt was told that both trans techs were away. Why was the apt not moved? Provided a rental to return home and was told that the insurance was included. Arrived at the rental and when they tried to confirm insurance coverage I was told it was not included. Left the rental shop and returned to the dealer to ask how many days i needed insurance for and was told my truck was ready. A regular tech could not find any issue in the trans. I guess the trans specialist was not needed after all?

Services completed to my satisfaction. Warranty work very efficient. Kept informed on status of work as progressed to finish.

I was not told of the change to synthetic oil and the increase in the price of oil changes. My car did not get washed, fill ups were not done and the papers inside my car were not removed. I was told my car was ready but obviously in was not.

Staff are great, Dealing with people are great. However that being said, Something is not very organised. - I had an appt in Dec for a new key fob, For various reasons both sometimes on my side, one on your side, my appt was pushed about a month out - Thats fine, stuff happens Totally acceptably. - What I found wasnt acceptable, - After all that time spent rescheduling you wouldnt think someone would of ensured my part was actually in stock. - A month later when i finally came into the shop, I was there for about 40 mins, then had Ken come in to tell me, oh sorry your Key fob we have waited a month for, and have rescheduled 4 times for isn't actually here... - we need to order it in. Needless to say I was a little shocked they didn't have it in. And that before making this appointment someone should have verified the key was in the shop. Short of that mis hap, everything so far has been great! -Customer service, 5* -Organisation - 3*

The mechanics did not check the air in the tires and so car had to be returned for this as they needed air. The service adviser was friendly and helpful. Not sure if the mechanics do a lube job on the vehicles anymore.
