I purchased a car from this dealership and to be honest it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, the car is a Mercedes Benz CLA 250, when they delivered the car it had a broken glove box, engine light on, smelt like cigarettes inside and the tires weren’t matching on all 4s. After I realized this I contacted them and made pictures and they admit to it all, told me to order and purchase all the stuff and they would reimburse me the money. After I sent all the documents to the mechanic Moe which he asked me to send him, they called me back and said they won’t cover any of the damages, I didn’t have a choice, I tried sending an email to the head manager, and I prepared to sue them and report them to Ontario Fraud for dealerships and MTO. This Car cost me $50,000 and this was the terrible service I was provided. I strongly suggest to anybody buying a vehicle do not deal with these guys they screw you over.

My brother just bought a vehicle from here, people leaving some bad reviews, but we had an amazing sales person, his name is Andres he was polite, informative, very kind and made us feel like we were talking to a professional. Don’t waste your time somewhere else go see him if you need any advise or if you want to purchase a good quality vehicle.

Came in for a front end repair and new tires. Munzir suggested I buy a car from them and not to do the repairs. I told them it’s not in my budget. Do not go to this place for any mechanic work. Nick Sufan (owner) also asked me to take down my review and give these guys a good one. Hopefully they don’t hold my car hostage

I got a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Empire in 2020 and recently traded it in for a 2019 Chevy Equinox. I’ve never had any problems with my previous car, and so far so good with my new car! I would recommend this place to anyone! :) *** just to add to this HONEST review the 1 star reviews from Catherine R and Ski and whoever else she is getting to reviews this place are completely fake and these people have NEVER done business with this dealership. They are attempting to speak on behalf of my friend and her situation that has NOTHING to do with them. Please don’t take any of their reviews seriously :)*** I’m a long time customer and is my brother who has had 2 cars with them as well with NO issues with them or their mechanic department.
