Scammers! Stay away from the “repair” department. Quote went from $1300 to $5800 said it’s unsafe to drive, that we need to get it fixed. Came to pick up the car and magically the price went down and the technician made a “mistake” ***Edit Was told to take down this review, multiple times.

This is my first time posting a Google review. I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with Empire Auto Group. The customer service I received from all the staff was excellent! I would like to thank Sam for being so very very patient with me in chosing a vehicle. I never felt rushed and Sam helped me find the right vehicle that was suited for me. Sam went above and beyond to help me. The whole process from start to finish was great. I am so happy I chose to get my vehicle from Empire Auto Group. Thank you to Nick, Sam, Hesham, and everyone at Empire Auto Group. I will definitely refer my family and friends to you guys. Thank you again!!!...I love my car!!!

I had Arlene as my saleswoman! I enjoyed working with her as she's professional, fun and motivated! She gave me lots of options to choose from for vehicles and I'm pretty happy with my end result! Don't by a car here .when they repair the cars thy buy they cut corners on the service causing their customers issues as manufacturers warranty are voided on required repairs cause they don't follow needed process for repairs

I don’t normally leave reviews but this dealership and Osman deserve a true 5 star rating. I recently filled out a thing online looking for a new vehicle and was reached out to by multiple dealers i then purchased a vehicle from a dealer that was the absolute worst experience I have ever had right from the start and was really not even happy with what I was forced into. 3 weeks later received a call from Osman from Empire auto within 6 hours he had me in a absolutely gorgeous Ford explore and the process was so easy and painless was an absolute pleasure to work with this dealership and will most definitely be a return customer thanks again Osman
