I just got a car from this place on Saturday from ozzy It has good customer service skills is very friendly And now I'm gonna send him all the businesses that people that I know that wants cards this is the place where to buy the cars from

This guy is a cheat and a lair . I won't recommend buying a vehicle from empire auto group. he treats his employee like shit. the staff dont have a proper lunch room and no changing room for his Automotive technicians. this guy here is the owner .He fight's with his tech when it comes to fixing sold vehicles. he buys the cheapest part and argue with the mechanic why they are changing brake rotors the technician replys front brakes on this vehicle has a major brake pulsation. I would never buy a vehicle from his company, Nick will only fix customer concerns only if the customer leaves him a bad google review. He vehicle prices is higher that all surounding used car dealership, please people check around and compare vehicle pricing to his pricing. In my opinion this person above shouldnt be in the car business. people please be aware of this man and his staff. see for yourself and you will understand this is a reality

Got trapped in this place by the owner. Very unsafe. Would not recommend Never thought a business which has 4+ stars would act so poorly. The owners were very dificult and until theyre babysitters arrived the kept trying to escalate. Brought my car here many times and now this is an immediate turn down. Disgusting how an (entrepreneur) could act so unprofessional and aggresive. Worst part is i wasnt even getting service there, just helping someone out. But they acted as if i had a bill of 100000$ outstanding.

Sam was WONDERFUL! My experience buying a car did not feel rushed and I did not feel pressured. Truly a refreshing experience buying a used car. I have bought cars before from other dealers and have not had this level of customer service previously. Sam, you have a customer for life!

We bought several vehicles and never had issues till this time vehicle was delivered with damage all over bank was taking payments out for this vehicle and no full refund of the amount new car was delivered with scratched lights and dents I I'll never go back to theis dealership ever especially after another vehicle we purchased earlier had a transmission go out,communication was terrible quite the experience
