I have been a Mazda customer for some time with two mazda vehicles purchased from your dealership. There were two delays on separate occasions. These types of delays only started happening when the new owners took over. I would like to know what steps are being taken to increase the resources in the service department so this doesn't happen again.

I've got my Mazda serviced all over Canada and hands down Probart is the best. I drive 2 hours to get my Mazda 3 serviced there and it's worth it. They are attentive to details and treat me and my car so well. I am always impressed.

It has been an ordeal to say the least. I'm over telling my story again. We were sold insurance on an extended warranty and told at the time that we would get the extended warranty fee back when the warranty period expired. We wouldn't have pruchase if it was soley based on kilometers as we drive a lot! Needless to say Probart mislead us and we never received OUR money from the program the Probart aold to us, regardless of what third party it was pur hase through Probart should have some responsibility to US (their LOYAL customer). We have done all of our maintenance on our vehicle at Probart, and having some sort of extras thrown in should we purchase a new vehicle through them is not an acceptable substitution. Truth is we will be buying a new car very soon. Likely another Mazda. But it will not be at Probart. And the three people we reffered over the years who actually purchase vehicles at Mazda well I guess there isn't much we can do about that. We will tell our story, and we do. I want MY money, and not have it be tied to a vehicle purchase. In the meantime I will take my servicing elsewhere and when we do purchase our next vehicle there are other Mazda dealerships in the area. I'm only loyal for so long.

The Certified Pre Owned Mazda 3 I got came with used tires that didn't last even for 6 months. I was expecting that by buying my car directly from the Mazda dealer I would not to be worry about for nothing else than the regular maintenance for at least 2 years. But It looks like there is no difference on buying directly from the Mazda dealer than from a dealership at any corner.

I had a routine oil & filter change as well as winter tires put on with complimentary summer tire storage. Everything was fabulous!
