I've bought many cars before and honestly this was by far the best experience I've ever had.I would highly recommend Yan Ma,she was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with,great value for my trade and good price on my new Rx 350 f sport. The buying experience was a A+++++. I will make sure to tell everyone that is in the market for a lexus to go to Tony Graham and talk to Yan Ma. Thank you.

Very great experience of buying a new car, good place, good staff... And I have to say the Lexus SUV is really cool. I think I gonna be the royal customer to this brand.

Great service; pre-qualifying & condescending sales staff. I attended their most recent "invite only" sales event after receiving an email and being persuaded over the phone to attend. I had the distinct opportunity to chat with Thanh Trinh who advised me that as I had spoken to him once before, that he recalled I was not a "serious buyer" and he proceeded to subtly walk me to the door and show me the parking lot within 5 minutes of entering his office. He is a knowledgable Lexus sales associate and I did appreciate his candor as I do believe I will be much happier with my brand new non- Lexus car; that I bought after I immediately drove across town and unloaded my ES 300h after only two years - thanks to our exchange.

Thanks to Tony Graham Lexus, I unloaded my ES300h after only two years! After being persuaded via email and phone to attend a special "invite only" sales event last week I had the distinct opportunity to chat with Thanh Trinh with whom I spoke once before. Within five minutes it was decided that I was not a "serious buyer" and I was politely walked to the door and shown the parking lot. I appreciate the candor of Mr. Trinh, as I believe that I will be much happier in the long run with my brand new non- Lexus car.
