I used the on-line booking program and was able to get an appt the next day. When I got to the desk, Kara was her usual delightful self and she looked after all my needs. She stayed in touch with me via text throughout the day and called me when my car was ready. The cost was even less than I expected. A great experience! Thanks Kara!
