I just purchased my first VW - the 2019 Beetle Convertible. I felt welcome at the dealership after being ignored elsewhere. I wanted a smooth/quick and non stressful process and that is what I got. The person I dealt with (Matt) was professional, courteous and communicated very well. The same thing goes for picking up the vehicle - it was done quickly without any pressure! My Fiancée and I just bought our first new car a VW Golf Highline at Bytek, and we couldn’t be happier. Mark Zinck was the sales representative we worked with and he made the whole car buying experience hassle free and enjoyable. We went to three different dealers and Mark went out of his way to get us the best price and a great trade in on our 17yr old Jetta. Bytek has access to large stock of vehicles on multiple lots so we were able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. Marc was very honest, straight forward and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a VW to shop around but definitely give Mark at Bytek a shot at finding the right vehicle for you.
