Knowledgeable, friendly and approachable staff

This is my 3rd new car, but it is the first time I actually enjoyed the experience. No hard sale, no gray area, no nonsense. He is pretty clear and realistic about car's prices, features and delivery time. He is also knowledgeable and gave me a tour of the cars features after I picked up the car. This is the first time I would want to go back to buy my next car.

My name Alexey Mayorov. I work at NIST in USA. I drove from USA to help my sister to bye a car. We tried to buy Subary Outback here. It was in good condition, the price was discussed and I left them a $1000 deposit. The next week I got from them strange explanations about my future car. Finally they refused to sell me my car without normal explanation. It was told that car turned out to be in very bad condition. It was funny, because I tested it and there were no big problems, which could not be fixed. As a result of this dealership bad work the trip was planned in advance failed. My sister made a new insurance and need to cancel it with penalties.

As I entered the sales floor, his approach was not confrontational. He asked for my needs and made suggestions on the vehicle that I was looking for. He was not too demanding and looked out for my best interest

Dealt with service advisor Tiger. Tiger was extremely friendly and very professional. He reviewed all the work that was going to be completed when I brought in my Civic and CRV for regular maintenance. He immediately contacted me when some issues were discovered during inspection. He provided me with a clear reason for the needed work and discussed pricing. Tiger was a pleasure to deal with at all times.
