Excellent service. I had a couple of maintenance issues and the service team worked very quickly, the communication between the technicians and the reception was amazing. Even during this super busy time they made everything really easy.

I purchased a new 2018 Honda CRV-EX from you guys this past fall. I have had the vehicle in to be serviced many times since and have yet to have a good experience. This past issue was with my rear Camera. I brought it in to be looked at on Thursday March 7th ...was told a new rear camera would need to be ordered, this was fine with me. I booked the appointment to be serviced and got a phone call hours later that the wrong part was ordered. A week or 2 after I phoned in asking if the new proper part was in and was told no it was on back order & that it should be in by April the 8th; which is now a month after my vehicle was first looked it. On April the 8th I did not receive any calls so I decided to give it a few more days ....Now it has been exactly 7 weeks since my first appointment (Almost 3 weeks after the "Back Order" should have been in) so I decided to phone in myself to see what was going on. Apparently the part has been there but no one had called me and now the wait for service is another 2 weeks ....9 weeks since my first appointment before I am able to get my brand new $40,000 vehicle fixed. I am beyond disappointed in this company and have never had an experience quite like this one & all the lady had to say was "Oh well I guess we should book you an appointment" ...no Sorry, no trying to rectify the issue to give anything back to me for this inconvenience I have had. Once I decide to trade in my vehicle I do not think it will be with Honda, and I will most definitely not recommend Sutherland Honda to any of my friends or family unless something changes.
