Stay away from this unprofessional and illegal dealership. They checked my credit 4 times in a day without my consent and they don't give you anything unless you add an useless over-priced warranty into your contract with them.

I knew Houssein for a long time, he’s a great asset to the company and always gives his 100%. He’s patient, kind and one of the nicest people you can meet. If you’re looking for a vehicle to buy, I recommend Bank street Mazda and especially Houssein!! Such a fun dealership

Purchased a used vehicle from Eddy after having mechanical issues with my primary vehicle. I was in a time crunch and found Eddy no nonsense , no pressure and extremely hard working . The 4 stars are a reflection of Mazda not Eddy . Eddy is 5 stars . Mazda Service delayed my vehicle for 7 days as it was tire season and I continued to be postponed for winter tires, and I was waiting for a part to be installed . Unfortunately the customer becomes impatient at a certain point and calls the salesman who in turn is left in a uncomfortable position . Mazda you have a great asset and human in Eddy , treat him well!!

I was looking for a vehicle and was contacted by Ayache. He was amazing from the beginning and showed me a few cars I loved. He was patient, professional and kind. Ayache listened to all my needs and got me a car accordingly. On top of that, although I went to other dealers and they didn’t want to move any in the price, Bank street Mazda and Ayache gave me exactly what I was asking for. If you’re in the market for a vehicle I recommend this dealership and specifically Ayache. YOU WONT REGRET IT

Bank street Mazda is the best dealership that I have ever been. I found that every one is so pleasant and welcoming. Charles did an amazing job explaining things in detailed. He was very kind, knowledgeable and super excited all the time which made the process really smooth and fun. I would highly recommend Charles to anyone that visits Bank street Mazda.

I have bought a few cars from this dealership and I'm always happy with the service, and this time was not different. Eddy was great, from his greeting to no pressure approach. He listened to me and was able to set me up with the second car I needed, a Mazda 3 sport. Once I'm ready to trade in my CX5 I will be going back to see Eddy for sure. Thanks again Eddy
