I came in to sell my car and ended up doing a trade in and got the car I really wanted. Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable. Charles was very easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. Really bad experience here from the get go. We felt as though we were being brushed to the side most of the time as our rep, Eddie, was bouncing from customer to customer. We wouldn’t see him for long periods of time as he was assisting others. We did not feel like we were a priority whatsoever, & they did not seem to care whether they sold a car or not. We were willing to pay over 10k cash, & they tried to sell us on financing. They made us feel as though we were cheaping out on a car & weren’t spending very much. This is insulting. We went to get a 3rd party inspection on one of the cars & were told that there was a lot wrong with it & that they are asking thousands more than they should be for it, ie. being ripped off majorly. For another car, we were told by Eddie that he could take $300 off plus change the battery as it was old & dead & needed replacing (they had to jump start it 3 times for us just to test drive it). The manager then came to tell us that no discount could be given & that it costs a lot to replace the battery (like this is our problem). The manager also oddly told us that he wanted to keep all the cars on his lot. Was this supposed to be reverse psychology? We really felt like we wasted our time & were treated with little respect. Eddie also told us we were his priority over the other customers he was assisting while leaving us for long periods of time. What kind of priority is that? We also felt a lot of dishonesty & they were very hard to trust. We did a lot of research on used cars/dealerships before going, so we could see right through it all. In the end, we were glad we walked away!

I had such an incredible experience buying my new Mazda CX-5 from Zach at Bank Street Mazda.
