Just bought a 2021 Mazda 3 from Bank Street Mazda and it was a great experience!! Ask for Ayache, he provides great service and was very attentive from even before I entered the store. Great service as well from the whole team who was always asking of I needed anything. Also, very kind and gave me great value for my trade in. Best experience I could have asked for.

Very dishonest experience with bank street Mazda. Unclear numbers, lack of details, high pressure, bait and switch techniques. Went to other dealers and got a good deal without all the headache. Looks like I'm not the one according to reddit... don't trust these Google reviews. A quick google search of worst business in Ottawa will make my point clear.
