Let me start off by saying I wish I had a better experience to share about Mazda on Bank. When we first arrived and met Ibrahim, we told him we were interested in a 2018/2019 Mazda. He insisted we try the 2021 version. We tried it but told him again that we were not interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle. We ended up seeing online that the dealership had just received a 2018 Mazda. We tried the car and loved it. They tried to get us to sign the papers on the spot, however, it was already 8:30pm and we wanted to think about it overnight and compare prices online. At this point, we were told that we would most likely lose the car if we didn't put a $500 refundable deposit. We placed it and told them we would call them the next morning. They were not happy about this but reluctantly agreed. That night we found a 2019 Mazda, fully-loaded, for a cheaper price. We called Ibrahim to negotiate a better price. We had a few phone calls and went back and forth. We finally reached a verbal agreement and told Ibrahim we would be in to sign the papers that afternoon. Things were great until this point. We went in to purchase the car a few hours later. This is where things went completely off the rails and the reason I would never recommend Mazda on Bank Street to anyone I know. When Ibrahim and Sully learned that we were not interested in purchasing their over-priced $5,000 warranty (because we knew we could get the same thing for $3,400 from First Canadian Financial Group), they backed out of the deal. They literally stated "we agreed to the lower price because we ASSUMED you would take the warranty" even though there was absolutely no mention of this prior. They also stated "we have to make money somehow". We found this to be extremely unprofessional and walked out. We called the sales manager Kirk Cameron and left a message. He did not bother to return our call. Extremely unprofessional given how his team acted. For these reasons we suggest you avoid this dealership. A week has passed and we still have not received our "100% refundable" deposit back.

Pleasant experience purchasing car from this dealership however would not recommend getting your car serviced here. 2.5 hour wait time for a scheduled oil change is just not acceptable. Will be servicing elsewhere. I also had to return to the dealership after a tire patch that caused a tire imbalance which I was told will take 1.5-2 for balancing.

Had an amazing experience buying my first car here! Ahmed answered every question I had with the patience of a saint. Sully was also amazing, and I felt very confident and well taken care of going through the process. Love my new car and had an awesome experience.
