Saad was absolutely incredible. He made the entire process seamless, from inspection to car registration. He’s your go to guy at Bank street Mazda!!! Update on October 13th 2021- Saad is crooked, cunning and devious man. He doesn't fulfil his end of the contract written in his own handwriting. I had to get lawyers to send him a demand letter and he still didn't give me the complete tires with rims as promised. I have proof of this. Deal with him with caution

Bank St Mazda - place to go when you need a good car deal with top notch customer service... Many thanks Ayache, Sully, Christian & Ahmed; Ayache was very helpful, he gave me all the necessary info I needed to make up my mind about getting our new family car - the Mazda CX-9. Sully worked patiently with me, answered all my questions & he did a good job in getting a good deal from the bank with discounts & a good warranty package. They took good care of my wife and baby girl while we waited in the reception and sent us on our way with a full tank. Good work guys & thanks for your great hospitality & excellent service.

Had a great experience at Bank Street Mazda with my mom getting my first car. Ahmed Sameer was friendly, kind. and made the experience really fun! Zein Jolan made sure that I had extra warranty protection for the next 7 years and gave us a great deal. So excited!

unethical sales tactics

WARNING, tried to take advantage of my elderly mother! The finance service manager offered the extended warranty with the rust proofing and when my mother declined he said it was against the law to let it off the lot without it. She told him to shove it! Pretty sure that's an outright lie! Perhaps I should call Mazda Canada and OMVIC to find out for certain!

Loved working with this dealership to find my dream car! As a university student, definitely had a budget, but pricing along with staff were amazing to find what I needed and work with me, showing respect and interest in this purchase as my first car! Saad was amazing, and as a female driving standard was completely respectful! Amazing experience.
