Ayache was an excellent help in purchasing my vehicle. He was very professional and helpful, and was very kind. He was very understanding and made it possible for me to work around my schedule to make it work. Even after the sale he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience. It is a start of an excellent partnership I recently leased for my wife the 2021 Mazda CX5 Signature model red color from Bank Street Mazda. The sales rep Saad El Aaouani who helped me did an excellent job in making me comfortable in acquiring the lease. Thank you very much Saad for being so patient with me. I would also like to thank Zein and Sully for being so professional and made me feel comfortable for all my financial needs. I even got Kirk Cameron (not the "growing pain" actor) the GM of Bank Street Mazda come out of his cabin to congratulate me on my new purchase. Thank you Bank Street Mazda hoping to enjoy our CX5. We had a wonderful experience purchasing our first new vehicle at Bank Street Mazda. Ayache was very kind and patient with us as we looked for the car that was the best fit for our needs and we never felt pressured to make an uninformed decision. Once we finally did make our decision, Ayache was great in getting the purchasing process going as we were on a bit of a tight schedule. Additionally, Sully who helped us determine our financing plan, was great at making us feel comfortable with the choices we were making and made sure to explain every step to us. From start to finish, our experience with buying our new vehicle was fantastic and we appreciate the kindness the staff showed us!

Was down at the dealership for couple of test drives. The first sales associate was really nice and helped me test drive few used vehicles. Then I mentioned I would be ready to close if they had a better deal for me as I was paying cash. The person then never called back next day after I mentioned cash payment. I tried calling him, but he said he was busy !! :) Never heard back from him. Maybe they just wanted financing and not cash? Then I had a phone call with another sales associate, who too never called back for like a week. By then, I had already closed a vehicle with another non-Mazda dealer. This seems to be a trend with Mazda dealerships, who are terrible at the sales process. Mazda makes great vehicles, but their sales, marketing departments really need to get their game up, especially with everything going digital. Saying that unless you come into the dealership in person, we will not give you quotes is no longer a great idea in 2021.
