I purchased a Mazda3 thru Hussein Ayache at Bank Street Mazda. People who would rather get a root canal than visit a car dealership should ask for Ayache. He's young, energetic, polite and helpful - he handed me the Carfax report before l even asked for it. Negotiations were drama-free, and on delivery, Ayache promptly corrected a minor issue with my car. If you're car shopping, remember his name.

We are unhappy and unsatisfied customers. We walked-in last Wednesday to check and drive test a 2016 Mazda CX-5 posted on the website. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Ibrahim was the salesperson and Christian, the sales manager were accommodating that day. After we test drove the car, we told them that the car is wobbly when we drove it at 80 km/h speed. They said that they can give us a good deal and sent us an email the following day with a better offer. We accepted the offer and was promised the car was set aside for us, we walked in today ready to finalize the deal, signed all the needed papers to close the sale only to find out that it has been SOLD to another customer. We received no apologies from the sales manager, Christian and he just turned us over to Ibrahim. Ibrahim casually said that the car has been sold and that a car financing of another customer has been approved. This is unacceptable because we were under the impression the car was being sold to us when it was not. This dealership wasted our time and effort. We were treated with little respect in the end.
