Ahmed did a great job of getting me into my 2021 Mazda 3 Sport GT AWD! He approached me a while back when I was getting tires switched over on my older Mazda 3. We exchanged phone numbers and said he was interested in my low KM Mazda. A month goes by and it was the right time to get into a new vehicle so I called up Ahmed and he remembered exactly who I was. Went the same day and we worked out a deal on the exact car I wanted. One week later and here I am with my brand new car happier than ever. The whole experience was really awesome, especially delivery day. When I showed up, the finance manager was just finishing up with some other clients so Ahmed gave me the keys to my new car to play around with it while I waited. Zein (finance manager) was really great a efficient and had me on my way in only a few minutes. I would 10/10 recommend them for buying a new car. I had my previous Mazda serviced there and I can say with 100% confidence that their service team is the best in the business. Never once have they pushed unnecessary repairs, they have always been honest and work extremely efficiently. I've had bad experiences with dealers in the past but not this Mazda. I will definitely be continuing to purchase and service vehicles from them.

Zein Jolan (Finance Manager) was very honest, welcoming and patient with us. Although he could not locate the specific model and color we were looking for, he understood our needs and did not pressure us in purchasing something else. Also the employees are very polite. Randomly, they approach us "just" to say "hi' or "goodbye".

Saad was genuine and professional at Bank Street Mazda. He took the time to understand my needs and was able to set me up with a great vehicle at a great price. He has gone above and beyond. It is easy to tell that he cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Saad to anyone I know. THANK YOU BANK STREET MAZDA!!

My wife and I just bought a new 2021 Mazda 3 Sport GS AWD a couple of weeks ago. Ayache listened carefully to what car I wanted and the features I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for without trying to upsell us. Everyone at the dealership was very easy going and the process went very smoothly.

The transaction between myself and the finance manager seemed great at the time. Once the deal was sealed, there’s no way of getting a hold of anyone for further information about the warranty that I purchased or anything. My biggest mistake was not doing a full circle check of the vehicle before driving off. There was a dent at the front of my Honda. Information wasn’t clear about the warranty and still isn’t.
