Thanks to Charles I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted, even though the car market is on a shortage and prices were high, wish I could go back and buy another car right now. Guess I have to wait a few more years

Had a great experience with Saad when choosing which car to purchase ( very patient, kind and willing to answer any question) but ultimately when speaking to the finance manager they lost the sale . He tried make me believe I needed multiple add on’s in order to get approved , when I did not.I went in with the price of 240 biweekly and he brought that up to 303 biweekly by trying to force me to add on extras that I did not want . I ultimately felt pressured and uncomfortable . After visiting a different mazda dealership it was very obvious I was being over charged .

Big thanks to Ahmed and Sully at Bank Street Mazda for scoring me one of the last Mazda6’s! Just picked it up today and the process couldn’t have been smoother, in and out in barely 20 minutes! Such a better experience than the last time I bought a car at a different dealer and this is how it should be! The car drives beautifully and I look forward to many adventures in it, zoom-zoom style!

I would steer clear of this dealership, and if you do make sure you look at the numbers VERY closely. The quote they gave me was $1000s more over the 4 year lease term than it should of been. When i did the math and confronted them about it, they couldn't explain the extra costs. When i told them i felt like i was getting screwed they pulled my application, gave me back my deposit and sent me on my way, again without any explanation. The worst part is they already started the lease process and did a credit check, so i wasn't able to get another lease at another dealership. Absolute worst customer experience ever, i will never return there and would advise anyone else to think twice about it.

Bank Street Mazda is a friendly and relaxed place to do business, which other car dealers can learn from. We dealt with Ibraheem for a potential SUV purchase. He was a pleasure to deal with, was not at all pushy, and focused more on meeting our needs as satisfied buyer's, rather than just getting the vehicle off the lot. Would highly recommend dealing with Ibraheem and this dealership.
