I'm not the easiest client and Eddy remained patient throughout the process. I was often uncertain and he never tried to push me in one direction or the other but adapted to guide me through until I reached the place I needed to be and then completed my transactions quickly and efficiently. I bought my first Mazda ever CX3 AWD .eddy was the sales person who went beyond and above.. Took me three days and five cars later to make my design on CX3 thx to eddy hard work he ran around and got me best deal in town and put smile on my face . Used car drive n feel like new and still under warranty canโt ask for more .thank you eddy

Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Sales - Overall average. The sales representative whom I dealt with (Eddy) was generally very nice through most of the process. However, when I inquired about the possibility of a pre-purchase inspection, I was met with hesitation and re-assurance that the dealership prides themselves on providing an excellent product, and that I "can check the reviews of the dealership if I have any doubts". To be fair, used vehicles are selling fast, and they probably just want to avoid delays. However, this was an initial red flag. Aside from this, Eddy was overall nice. Finance/Warranty - Also pretty average, maybe a bit below average. The typical scare tactics to solicit a third-party warranty (which runs on a garbage business model of guilty until proven innocent) were used to attempt to make quick profit. But again, this is pretty typical of most dealerships, so it's not surprising. I'd prefer if they simply gave the information package and didn't try to be pushy about it. I think most would agree. Otherwise, the transaction was smooth. Zein was nice to deal with. Vehicle - All used vehicles come imperfect. Due to the state of the used vehicle market right now (hard to find a vehicle and test-drive before it's sold; they're flying off of lots), plus being in a rush to have a second vehicle in order to meet travel plans later in the month to visit a sick family member and attend a wedding, I needed to get a vehicle quickly. After purchasing, the vehicle went through safety inspection prior to delivery. The following issues were present on the vehicle on delivery: - Leaking/rusted radiator. Coolant very clearly leaking. Should not have passed safety. - Condensation in the fog lights. May be passable against a safety inspection, so I'll let it go. - Oil leaking at oil pump (not much, iffy) and possibly at the drain cap (could just be a bad cleanup job after oil change, unsure at this time). - Brakes. New brakes on all four corners. Great, right? Except one of the calipers was missing its bolts and completely fell off (and damaged the wheel after getting jammed in place). Another brake caliper was placed on incorrectly, twisting the brake line. Ouch. Easy fixes, but these should NEVER have passed safety. - Exhaust. I pointed out that it was leaking when I test-drove the vehicle. They applied cement over the flex joint, which obviously blew off as soon as I drove it off the lot. Shady, but I'll let it go. I knew what I was getting into and it's a common issue and an easy fix. - Air intake. I noticed it wasn't installed correctly during test drive, and they didn't bother fixing it for the safety. This was just kind of disappointing in terms of pride of workmanship. - AC line touching cat. Talk about an ironic contradiction. Easy fix. - Valve cover sweating / minor oil leak due to bad gasket. Meh. Easy fix but still odd that they didn't fix it. Most of these items are relatively minor. But a rusted/rotten rad passing safety while leaking all over the place? Nope. That shouldn't have happened. Same with the brake falling off. I mean, unless you're TRYING to get someone injured or killed, I guess? When I followed-up with the sales rep, he was immediately defensive. "How many garages have you brought it to?" and "how do you know what's wrong with the vehicle?" and "where are you getting this information?". I was told (pre-purchase) that there would be a 30-day "safety-related" coverage on used vehicles. However, after seeing the extreme incompetence of the "repairs" that were conducted in order to quickly pass a safety inspection, I don't think I'll be taking them up on that. I'd rather get a trusted mechanic to cover all of these items and pay out of pocket. I don't think it would be fair to give them a one star review just based on a used vehicle purchase experience. Dropping two stars because whoever does their safety inspections and repairs is incompetent. A brake caliper should NEVER have fallen off. A brake line should NEVER be twisted. And the radiator is just... Yeah.

I purchased my very first car, a brand new Mazda CX-5 in January and was very fortunate to experience this with my dad. Christian first attended to my dad and then Saad took over and met with us on the delivery day. He was very professional and treated us as valued customers. I was pleased with how smoothly the process went that day, including the finance department. Unfortunately my dad passed away in April, but having the experience I had from everyone at Bank Street Mazda, it made the experience memorable and I am LOVING my new car.

Very disappointed in our experience with Bank St. Mazda. After discussing details about a new vehicle in stock with one of their representatives, another sales representative (Eddy) called to say he can get us a better deal. We go in the next day after doing our own research, and asked him why the price they gave us for the vehicle is higher than whatโs advertised on their website. Right away Eddy goes to talk to the manager (Hussein Tohme), they take a long time chatting, and then the manager shows up to say that somehow miraculously the vehicle was already sold, but that they would love our business, and be in touch with us in case the deal falls through due to financing (super fishy). We check back in with the representative a few days later, since they never contacted us as promised, and we noticed that the SAME EXACT vehicle (same VIN and same stock number) was re-posted to their online inventory, but of course with now a higher price. Eddy (sales guy) continues to insist that the vehicle we wanted was sold, but they can order us a new one, and stopped responding once we shared the link to their inventory with this "new" vehicle (which is really the same vehicle we wanted). This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional dealership experience weโve ever had. We do have photo evidence of the change in prices, as well as all the numbers they originally promised us that clearly they have not honoured. They have not been transparent or straight with us about anything. Would not recommend doing business with them.
