Better late than never...I purchased my very first Lexus back in January from hands down the best car sales representative I have every came across; Tan Trinh. If you are going to go to this Lexus dealer (and I recommend you do), ask for Tan. I wasn't sure about what I wanted and I had a budget. I did a lot of shopping around before I bought my Lexus, and Tan was the ONLY sales rep that worked with me to make my purchase happen. He was personable and down to earth. Great people skills. When it came time to talk numbers, I still had some reservations - it was important for me that I stayed within my budget. Shirley from the Finance department was extra patient and empathetic to my budget concerns. She held my hand through the whole process (figuratively) and made sure I was comfortable with and understood my finance options. On the day I went to pick up my car, Julie was there to give me the keys. She showed me nothing but great customer service. Overall my experience was a 5/5. I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle: IS 250 Sport in all black. Thank you to the entire team at Tony Graham Lexus for making this happen. Extra thanks to you Tan! Nadia

If you want to be treated like royalty and get the best deal on a Lexus in town, then do yourself a favour and go see Thanh. Super knowledgeable and made the whole experience quick, fun and easy.
