Knowledgeable and efficient sales staff made the experience enjoyable.

The sales agent Ed Akidd was very knowledgeable and helpful and told us repeatedly that if there were any questions we were to come in for help. He took us through the car and it's systems. Our experience with with Vicki Rose was just as helpful and friendly. The whole experience was very gratifying. We look forward to dealing with this dealership.

Shane Stoodley was outstanding. Shane knows about cars! He goes beyond the call of duty to serve his clients and answered my questions, even on his off days he provided all my answers. Shane listens to his clients and serves. I am a demanding buyer and Shane was patient and informative, always respecting me and my nervous uncertainty. I am 58 and this was my best car purchase experience ever. If you want to purchase a car, ask for Shane at Collingwood Toyota.

My sales associate Tim Staring was amazing he handled out old lease put us in a new lease with what we could afford he stood by us with all our issues and we had a few issues.... The dealership has done the homework and more importantly brought together a thoughtful group of people that earned my confidence. More quality of care and servicethan I often see in Ontario.
