Collingwood Toyota has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, whether you are buying a new vehicle or servicing your current one. I have dealt with Shane Stoodley over the last 2 years and have purchased 3 vehicles from him and his team without regret. We have a local toyota dealer where I live, but the hour drive to Collingwood is absolutely worth it, No gimmicks, no games, no pressure tactics, no suprise "service or admin fees" and no upselling like I experienced repeatedly over the years at the local Toyota in Barrie. Collingwood is simply genuine people working well together to provide the best service possible. I would never go to any other Toyota Dealership. Everyone tried to help us and Ted Rush did a wonderful job for me. I am hoping to be buying Suzy a new car in the next year or so and you are rest assured that Ted will be salesman again. It is great to be treated and talked to like a friend, not just a customer. We were looking for a new to us (used) toyota as we typically do every few years. After discussing options with us such as new, 0% financing vs. leasing new, we ended up with a leased new Rav4. Ed and Ted are knowledgeable and patient. We were shown the options on a computer print out and with changing variables to see how things could work out to suit us best. I believe we ended up with an option that was best to meet our needs. The staff was patient and didn't rush us even though it was at the end of the day as we could only go after work. They bought us to the lot to see the various options on different vehicles. The purchasing process was professionally handled by Kathryn in an efficient manner. Our questions were answered quickly by text messaging with Ted. On pick up day, we were shown all the features of the care and invited to call if we had any more questions.

We purchased a used Toyota Sienna. From initial contact to picking up the vehicle I did not feel like I was dealing with a "car salesman". All of the staff were pleasant, informed and helpful. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Collingwood Toyota.

We exploring the possibility of replacing our most satisfactoring but aging 2008 Yaris. As a result of comparative stats for buying/leasing Yaris, Corolla or Camry we decided on least no the Camry. Our salesperson Ed Akitt spent a lot of time helping my husband and myself review all possibilities. After deciding upon leading the Camry he, along with all person kebab the dealership had us in our new vehicle in 2 days. We needed a lot of assistance with what seemed very complicated operation of the new car. With Ed's patient instruction we drove home with relative confidence, assured of ongoing support if required.
