Ed Akitt and the staff were all extremely helpful. There was never any pressure to go in any particular direction. I have always been treated well no matter what I was doing. This is why I continued to stay with Collingwood Toyota for our new vehicle. Thanks again to all that made Jan & my experience more enjoyable!!!

There are closer Toyota dealerships but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else, the sales staff in Collingwood are always friendly, honest and they want my business. I have purchased my last 2 4 Runners at Collingwood Toyota.

Have only been a client/customer of Toyota for eight months. Have been treated extremely well from the day I drove the vehicle off the lot to each time I have returned for regular service (oil change, winter tires etc.).

Problem not fixed

I had my 2016 4runner in for an issue with the entertainment system. I had to bring it back a 2nd time for the same issue. It still isn't fixed. The people at the dealership are all nice and service was prompt. The problem is that the issue never did get fixed.

It was my first six month service visit with my new 2016 Toyota Corolla. In addition, I needed my personal profile changed, as I had recently legally changed my first name. Further more, I wanted to purchase two front seat covers. All these matters were efficiently addressed in a friendly, professional manner as always.
