Great group of people. Felt more like a gathering of friends than anything. Marina was knowledgeable about the jeep and made the whole experience fun. Michelle made the purchase quick and effortless. Just want to thank Wellington Motors for the best vehicle purchase I’ve ever had.

The parts department is the weak point of this dealership. Very, very poor correspondence, poor effort to inform buyers of what the parts department is selling, and next to no effort to take corrective action for selling the wrong parts. Essentially, they sold me the wrong tires for my vehicle, which I bought from this very dealership! (I was told that i would be called when my tires arrived at the dealership, which, also did not happen - I had to call to find out), have had call several times, and only once, when I was promised a call back did they actually do so - only for me to speak with someone who again, had nothing to offer. When I went to a local shop that sells truck accessories, which my dealership salesperson recommended to go to, and discussed difficulties I had in buying a hitch for my truck (since my summer and winter tires are dramatically different sizes, and hence, requires two different height drops to match the trailers), not only did the accessories store owner, but another customer in the store, expressed shock that the dealership sold me the tire they did. The accessories store salesperson even had a chart comparing different tires and rims, and which sizes of each correspond to make a similar size rim/tire combination. Why didn't my dealership parts salesperson have this? Why didn't they tell me about what I was buying? How could they sell me the tire they did, and not expect me to realize the problems involved? It was reaffirming to have the feedback of others, as my speedometer readings are inaccurate and I'm having trouble keeping up with traffic going by my truck speed - nevermind driving with a smaller tire that is logging more mileage and running up my warranty faster. I spoke with another shop, and, not only are speedometer and mileage issues a problem, but, having too small a tire can cause for problems with the braking system. So I'm concerned. The parts department at the dealership is its weakest part, and sadly, serves to bring down everyone else there who do their job well. I didn't want to write this review, particularly as the sales department have people who are very helpful, but this continued song and dance of my having to chase the parts department to acknowledge their wrong and to take corrective action is more than infuriating. I don't have time for this, and, I need to be able to use the truck for what I bought it for. Becoming very disappointed.

We have been purchasing vehicles at this dealership since 2014. The sales staff are top notch and definently go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your vehicle purchase. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle. Kyle made our transaction painless and even went above and beyond by adding his own personal touch to the final delivery. We wish Kyle future success and we are sure he will play an important role in providing exceptional sales performance with the team at Wellington Motors.
