There is a delightful team of dedicated professionals at Wellington Motors. Upon entering their premises last week to look at the new RAM 1500 models I was pleasantly surprised to learn how they treat customers. Smiles abound and someone offering me a coffee or water on a more than once while I was there. On the sales side, thorough and detailed explanations for my questions and I was left with the impression that this team really know their products and services. The finance team was equally up to the challenge getting me approved within one day. Again, the level of knowledge and treatment of me as a customer was truly outstanding. I was due for a new vehicle and I am completely delighted with a new RAM 1500 Sport from Wellington Motors delivered just four days later. I could not be happier with how I was treated and a beautiful new ride. A tip-of-the-cap to Welling Motors for a wonderful experience. I am one very happy customer. John Kraemer(Guelph)

I was in to this dealership today and the sales person i dealt with was not very helpful. She was what i would describe as a sales person not willing to help me with getting the truck i was looking for. I told her what i was looking for and my budget and she quoted a truck that was way more than i could afford. She seamed to only want to up sell me a truck i couldn't afford then quoting me one i could and asked for. I was not wanting a truck loaded to the max pretty much just the basics. What she priced out was a luxury model. when i explained that i was quoted a better deal at another dealership on a truck i was looking for she told me then you better go there. So that is exactly what i am going to do. I will never go back to wellington motors again and i will tell every one i know to not to go there either. If this is the sales people they hire then the other dealerships in the local area will be very happy to get buying customers that there sales persons tell to go away. If i could give negative rating stars it would be at least a minus 5
