This is my fourth Mazda purchase but first from a different dealer. this dealer is sill in the same family as the owner is the same but the staff is completely new to me. I found them to be very knowledgeable and they provided me with an excellent buying experience. As this location is a bit closer I am hoping to receive the same great service from the service department in the future.

This dealership is new and wonderful. My experience there was great because all my needs were met and the sales and management team went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They have a great service bay and the parts and service managers are very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Mark, the general sales manager, and to Eli, the finance manager.

Broken promises..

First.. my name is James not David. So who ever sent this was not paying attention. About buying a car.. i left the first day feeling good. Was told the car would take 2 or 3 days to get ready.. i was fine with that. Then i was called the next day to say the car was ready to be picked up early. Which was great. So made changes to my schedule to pick it up only to get there and it was not ready. They promised it the next day.. ok inconvenienced once.. oh well. This happened everyday for a week.. i was pissed.. instead of 2-3 days took 7 and not care that how much money and time you all wasted of mine. Not a sorry nothing.. one of the worst services i had. I will not buy a car from you.

Happy with the used car we purchased, however the detailing left a lot to be desired. The car still needed an interior cleaning.
