Service was performed as scheduled. The only thing I would like changed is the person who calls to set up the appointment. They had to call SMP to find out if my service contact included what was being performed. Perhaps research the vehicle first, then call

I went in for an oil change and it cost me $617..very deceptive and misleading service

Hello Maria, thank you for your business. I see we did recently service your Audi Q52QT. We completed a full-synthetic oil change and replaced your engine air filter. In addition to that, we completed a comprehensive vehicle health check, rotated your tires, and rebanced all 4 wheels. Plus we completed a 4-wheel alignment, adjusting front and rear toe as needed, and ensuring camber and caster were also optimal. All this for the price you mention, including taxes! Huge shout out to Isaiah at SMP for setting me up with a new vehicle! His customer service is like no other and he really ensures that all your needs and concerns are addressed and there was never any pressure to make a decision. He had patience and knowledge when it came to all of our million questions and with us having to pay attention to our 10 month old son many times during our visit. He made the experience of buying a new vehicle wonderful! Thanks again to Isaiah and the team at SMP!!

I’d love it if my car would at least get a wash when I bring it in for service and spend over $200. I regularly spend over $200 on maintenance every time I bring it in (2-3x/yr) and a little extra customer service would be lovely to receive - esp with spending $500+ a year there. Honda and Subaru both offered this when I had those vehicles and I really appreciated it.

Had really great experience buying my first car. Amileo is a nice guy. He made sure our needs are met and found us the best match according to our budget and other requirements. All the staff is very welcoming and cheerful. Also, they gave us a bonus-gift as a part of Prize- Mountain. Thank you for your service. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I went in for an oil change, I was told it would take an hour but it was done in 45 min. That was good and I had time to do other things. Plus Smp told me about other minor things that needed to be done that I can do myself. I have never had a bad experience at Smp and I hope Smp keeps that up. I think Smp is being very open and honest about their service work and that makes me feel safe when I get work done on my vehicle.
