I drove down from Ottawa to test drive a car and when I arrived, I find out that the 60k km mileage shown on their website should actually have been written as miles (i.e. 100k km)? This is a car that had never been registered outside of Canada. Suddenly the asking price went from attractive to overpriced. They tell me they feel badly and apologize, and to make it up to me they'll mail me a $50 gas card. It cost me more than that to rent a car to drive down, forgetting the 4h round trip, but I can appreciate that it's a nice gesture of apology. 3 weeks later and I haven't received the promised gas card. Either they're incompetent or deceitful, and I'm leaning toward deceitful as both mistakes were to their benefit.

Ryan went above and beyond!

Ryan went above and beyond to find me a car and financing, knowing that I had a few obstacles to overcome to make it happen. Both he and Steve stayed connected with me through the process and made me feel like a valued customer even though I wasn’t buying new. Thanks guys!

The car I was originally interested in became unavailable so Dean talked to my daughter and me to find out what other vehicle we might be interested in. When he found something he gave me a call to go see it and take a test drive.

Gear shift issue

Had an issue with my gear shifter. Dean made it a priority to get my truck in ASAP and got it fixed right away. Everyone involved was friendly and easy to deal with. After having several bad experiences with service dept at Nissan this was a nice change. Hopefully this type of service will continue with both our vehicles
