Overall the purchase was a good experience. The secure etching was not explained, it is theft insurance but I already have theft insurance. The CX 5 is is a great vehicle quiet and fun to drive. I'm still waiting for a zoom zoom mug.The front defrost could be a little faster Evan is pleasant to deal with.

The sales rep was open and very respectful but important technical detail of the deal was not taken into consideration. Remote starter for manual transmission sold but not provided by Mazda. Communication with the financial manager was not passed on properly.

At first it was ok. All questions were pushed towards visiting the website regarding benefits and price. Second time we went the experience was much better as we got to test drive and focus on finding the right trim. All together, it was a good experience. Andy did great in helping save and jump into our dream car.

They were nothing but helpful and honest with everything that they did! I went to quite a few dealerships and Mazda was the one that spoke out the most. I'm a 20-year-old that was looking for a new car and didn't know where to start, everyone at Mazda was super helpful with getting me on my first car!!!! Thank you
