Telling me i need work done when i don't

The last time I was in to get my oil changed, the technician had told me that my rear brakes needed to be done ASAP as there was only 1mm on them. I tried to book an appointment to get them done but was told that it was a 2 week wait. Thinking that I didn't have that long, I told them I would get them done somewhere else. I booked an appointment somewhere else and was ready to pay to get them done when they told me that I didn't need to have them done because there was 4mm still on them. Now who would you believe? The person you were willing to give your money to that told you they didn't want your money because the work didn't need to be done or the place I wasn't willing to give my money to that told me it had to be done ASAP. I have had ALL my work done on my car since I bought it at your dealership and after hearing that, it makes me wonder how many other times I was told that something needed to be done that didn't have to be. When I first purchased the car, I brought it in 6 months later for an oil change and the technician told me that I needed to have my power steering fluid changed or filled. Here we are 6 yrs later and my power steering fluid is just fine with having nothing done to it. I feel like your dealership and shop is ripping myself of by telling me I need work done when I really don't. This is a extremely poor way of running a business and makes me question everything I have been told by you guys. I will definitely be getting a second opinion on everything you guys tell me. It was a 3 hour wait ! Unacceptable

I made an appointment to have my tires switched from winter to regular and I waited for 3 hours . Everybody in that waiting room appeared to be in the same boat .

Car serviced and tyres changed and balanced

On the whole I am satisfied with the service however there is a bit of resistance when turning right -so not sure if the tyre balancing has anything to do with it. There is a squeak not sure if coming from the front tyres. ( I don't encounter the squeak in the winter but more so in the summer.

Poor ability of number recognization of a worker at Honda

The worker cannot identify the difference between 5668 and 5688. He tried several times to change the phone number in your system but all failed. He told me he would change it later, but unfortunately I called Honda this morning and found the phone # was still wrong. Now it was corrected by phone. So poor and strange experience at Honda.
