Ok, first off Its been years since I've dealt with these guys. I bought a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, roughly 15 years ago from them and today, I just finally sold her...and shes still running like a champ. Just wanted to say these guys sold me a quality vehicle and she lasted for years! Thanks That Car Place! Best lot around! 😎

It’s never been so easy! I walked to “That Car Place” and came out with a deal!! I didn’t have to move a finger, they took care of every single thing. I’ve purchased a car before and it was a pain all over. But here Jeff and Anya treated me just like family and took care of everything. They are THE BESSTTTT!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Friendly staff, who went above and beyond to get me into a decent vehicle quickly. Love the vehcile. My only concern is with after sales service. I noticed an issue with vehicle 2 days after. Emailed twice and called without hearing anything back and it's almost been a week. Much different than the level of communication I received when purchasing the car, which has left me feeling concerend about pre-inspection and follow up.

I work out of the country and had made an appointment (5 days prior to returning to Canada) to test drive a vehicle upon my return. We had high hopes for this vehicle and scheduled our day around driving into London (approx 45 minute drive), test driving the car, and hopefully buying it. To our disappointment, when we showed up, the vehicle was in the shop with all 4 tires removed, up on the lift, completely undriveable. How does a business operate like this? Anytime in my life i've made an appointment to test drive a vehicle it's always ready to drive when I show up.The salesperson showed a little bit of remorse but didn't seem too worried about it. No resolution provided, no offer as to when the vehicle would be ready to drive. Just basically an "oops, sorry about". Monumental waste of my time, gas, and patience.

It happened that the time you arrived to see it, our service team was available to get it in. We realized this too late. We did not intend for this poor timing and we should have absolutely placed a call to inform you of this. This was a complete human error on our behalf and we apologize.
