Appointment times don’t matter

Dropped car off night before for a 7:40 am appointment, generic notification at 9:50 am acknowledging my car is there. 3 phone calls and a text message still unable to reach my service advisor. Finally called back 1.5 hrs later saying they haven’t even looked at my car. Drove by at 1:30pm (6 hrs after scheduled appointment) and my car was still sitting in the spot I left it in. Why do we book appointment times if they can’t even see your car to diagnose an issue within 6 hrs? Customer service has really fallen off over the last few years. If the little things count, they’re really missing the mark.

5 Stars I had an absolutely amazing experience with Ron! He made the process of buying my very first vehicle so easy and stress-free. Brought my vehicle in for repairs. Cam got it in right away to confirm the issue with rear shock. OEM parts were on backorder but was able to get other replacement shocks right away and had the vehicle repaired right away. I needed my vehicle that afternoon and Cam and staff made that happen. Thanks.
