Came in for an oil change late in the day . Service people were able to accommodate me and had the service done in short order. Everything checked out good!ack when the need Thank you! Will be back when the need arises.

Got a great price on the exact truck I wanted. Had to find the time to travel out to Portage. After confirming an appointment, to my surprise they don't have my truck but they have others on there lot that are similar! This was never disclosed to me and I realized I was dealing on a fantasy truck so of course I got a great price. Some jerk with an odd pink tie was incredibly rude. Surprise,.. Surprise,.... my salesman RICK SCHULTZ was nowhere to be found to tell me I made a trip for nothing. Very shady embarrassment of a GMC dealership. To bad Craig Dunn, you just lost a sale!!!

Sales rep, Sales mgr, finance mgr, controller, all went out of their way to correspond by phone, text, e-mail, courier etc. promptly and happily in order to facilitate a long distance deal. Jim even personally (on his personal time off) delivered truck to me at the airport in order to minimize my travel on my return trip to Ontario. In a nutshell, I would happily do business with them again.

I went in for something I thought should be under warranty (was told anything that involved oil would be considered powertrain), but for some reason the turbo issue where oil leaking from a loose hose was not. Then when I went to leave had 'service engine' light - was not on when I first went to the shop. At least they fixed that right away. Still not happy that I did not get warranty on the first item.
