Went to Dealership and found Andrew very nice to deal with but unfortunately not willing to take cash for Grand Caravan or to make deal.My wife and I never experienced that ever before from a dealership very disappointing.Thanks for response you don't follow your values you preach a deal was there to be made can`t wait to get deal at another dealership were customer comes first.

Paul, the Caravan SXT plus trim level you were looking at has a MSRP of $44750. This model is currently being marketed by the manufacture at $30499 plus HST including all available discounts and rebates and is priced at invoice cost. We offered to include the trailer hitch at no additional charge and increased your trade allowance over its actual value in a effort to negotiate a deal. 20% of new vehicle purchases we & most dealerships do are cash [or a derivative of cash meaning not financed thru a lender arranged by the dealership] which we are more than happy to do. In today's market place cash serves no advantage to the buyer therefore additional discounts are not leveraged via an offer to purchase cash. In most cases the MFGR is offering lending rates much lower than the banks are offering and this is why 80% of new vehicle purchases are financed thru the dealership. A good deal is one that works for both the buyer and the seller and your offer of roughly $7500 below cost did not work for us. We wish you the best of luck in your vehicle search.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. A lot of options available. Our salesperson Dana Jensen was extremely helpful, listened to what we needed and answered questions we had. She had a great attitude and manner, made us feel at ease.

Bought a truck a few months ago and the service from start to finish was phenomenal! Have such a great experience that when it came time to trade in another I went back to see them and it was the same level of service! Olivia handled all of our many questions and from time of purchase to pick up was fantastic at making sure everything was too notch. Would highly recommended her and personaly want to thank her for the high grade of service!
