I was an employee at Wellington Motors for 15 years. The place treated its employees like family and even though I have moved on and I am now only a customer there they continue to make the dealership feel like a small close knit family. They have grown quite a bit from when I started but they haven’t lost the important founding values of the business Wilson and Ted started years ago.
