I was in for a service on Thursday last week. Probart was very quick with the work and also washed the car as I had requested. Prompt and polite! Thanks again.

Will only buy a car here ever again. Ask for Paul he was very friendly and easy to deal with. The guys in the service center are really awesome too, I had my younger kids with me and they did the full service and called my cell just before it was ready so I had time to walk back from the park and not waste any time.

My experience was on the sales side of the dealership, but there is also a service bay here. I was greeted very quickly by a kind salesman. Within about 5 minutes I was already test driving a vehicle. I found the sales people here to be kind, not too pushy, and fairly knowledgable about their products. There were some gaps on their knowledge of the technology-side of things, but no big deal. I felt comfortable the whole time. Received a customized letter in the mail a week or so after my visit, too. Nice touch.

Paul den Toom the sales manager Probart Mazda really went above and beyond to ensure my experience there was a good one and even arranged for me to get my windows when he found out it was a big selling point for me when I picked up my new 2016 Mazda 3

Fast service and great experience first time at service, and my experience was handled well, all questions answered and work was done right, while in the waiting room I witnessed the service manager run out into the parking lot to hand a stuffed toy to a little boy just as a kind gesture, goes to show how they go above and beyond even with the little things, nice job Probart
