The experience at SMP was excellent. Amelio was a great salesman with a wonderful sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable about the sale and took lots of time to explain things to an old couple!!!. Also Jamie was very helpful. The whole atmosphere was friendly and upbeat. We also love the Escape. Thanks for everything.

Buying a new or pre-owned vehicle is stressful but working with the Sales (Jeff) and Finance (Kelly) team was a breeze with SMP, as they were able to get me in a truck and approved for financing in less than 24hrs. There was a little hiccup with communication/maintenance of the vehicle shortly after; however, Brandon Snowsell and the service department resolved the issue quickly and handled the matter professionally. I am a happy customer with my new truck and I would recommend SMP to others when looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

I purchased a 2021 RAV4 recently and couldn’t be happier with my experience . Angela was amazing from the get-go and talking with her felt like talking to an old friend. Extremely knowledgeable and to-the -point without any pressure to purchase. Financing was smooth with my options explained thoroughly. The entire process took 5 hours from start to finish. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be looking here when the time comes for my next vehicle. My daughter also loves the tv we got from prize mountain. Nicely done, all around.

Sales and ownership side seem great, my problem is with service. Regardless of how simple my issue is there always seems to be unnecessary hurdles. I've received excuses instead of solutions more often than not.

Brought my vehicle in with an ignition issue. They needed to order parts however knew when parts would arrive and I was able to book an appointment for the repairs based on when I could come into the city. SMP had it fixed and I was back on the road!
