This dealership was top notch! Abe went above and beyond to make sure I purchased with what I am most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car Kia seltos the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Abe to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I haven't had the experience of purchasing a car with them, however I got a call from them because I had filled out an online car search form - ends up the search form was just a contact gathering form and they called me. That's fine, I don't mind working with someone to help find me a car, but the problem is that they wanted all my financial information over the phone, to a guy I have never heard of or spoken too before. No one should ever do this. EVER! So Sam, (apparently the general manager, or maybe the sales and financial manager), was very nice at first, but when I told him I wasn't going to hand out personal financial information over the phone, he became quite rude, and said, this is the way it works, people need to have a general trust over the phone. I said "no it doesn't, and no it should never be, and no it isn't now, you give those details after you've worked with the person and they've shown you the product you want, and when you're happy with that then you give your personal financial information for financing". His response, "not in 2022!". I said "well I'm not giving personal information unless there is something you have to offer that I'm interested in". He said thanks have a great day and hung up the phone. It's a shady way to do business, I don't care if there is a used car shortage, do business right, service is still important to many of us, and a vehicle is definitely not worth giving your personal and financial information to a stranger over the phone (nothing is).
